Day by Day Itinerary
Half Day: The Heart of the Inca Capital
We meet at the Plaza de Armas (Main Square) at either 9:00 AM or 2:00 PM, depending on your chosen schedule. Your guide will start with an overview of the square's rich history, pointing out the Cathedral and the Church of the Society of Jesus. We then walk down the famous Loreto Alley (Inti K'ijllu), admiring the immaculate Incan stonework. Our walk continues to the vibrant San Pedro Market, where you will learn about native Andean ingredients, medicinal plants, and traditional textiles. After tasting some local fruits or bread, we navigate the narrow, uphill streets to the bohemian neighborhood of San Blas. Known for its artisans, whitewashed houses, and blue doors, San Blas offers excellent panoramic views of Cusco.
