We pick you up from your hotel bright and early at 6:30 AM to maximize our time. Our first stop is the picturesque town of Chinchero, known for its colonial church built upon Incan foundations and its traditional textile weaving centers. Next, we visit the incredible circular agricultural terraces of Moray, an Incan agricultural laboratory. A short drive away, we marvel at the thousands of blindingly white salt pools at the Maras Salt Mines. We then descend into the heart of the Sacred Valley to the town of Urubamba, where we enjoy a delicious premium buffet lunch. Energized, we continue to the living Inca town of Ollantaytambo to explore its massive stone fortress and Sun Temple. Finally, we drive up the valley to the spectacular ruins of Pisac, exploring the agricultural terraces and ancient cemetery.
